LATE ARRIVALS & CANCELLATIONS
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guest, I do require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hrs notice, a fee equal to 50% of your scheduled service will be due before rescheduling. No-shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of your scheduled service.
RE-DOS & REFUNDS
I want you to be 100% satisfied with your overall experience. I know that your hair is important to you and I want you to be happy from the moment you sit in the chair to the moment you leave the salon!. As a professional, I strive to communicate how important it is to take the most realistic and healthy approach to achieving your beauty goals! If you are not happy with your experience I will make any necessary adjustments so you can leave the salon feeling amazing! After all, I am trying to build a long lasting relationship with you and be your trusted stylist for life! If after your experience you are unhappy with your result, within reason, I am happy to make adjustments to your hair in the form of a redo service.
There are limitations to re-do services to protect all parties involved :
There are absolutely no refunds. My goal is to build a long lasting relationship with you sometimes there are bumps in the road, however I would rather learn with you and make adjustments so I can give you the hair you want. Sometimes this takes time, but I am willing to be patient with you if you are patient and reasonable with me.
Your color is valid for a re-do up to 10 days after your service(s) were performed.
I will no longer be eligible for a re-do service if you or another stylist makes any changes to the hair.
In order to qualify for a re-do service you must invest in the recommended shampoo. With the purchase of any color safe shampoo from 7Hairloft your color service is 100% guaranteed. This does not include shampoos purchased from other retailers or salons.
The fee for redo color services is $15 per bowl of color required to make the adjustments.
If you are in the middle of a color correction process and there is box color present in the hair you will not be qualified for a redo service if the desired result is not achieved in the one sitting (this will be explained during consultation so there will be no surprises if the desired goal is not achieved in one sitting). Additional toners, treatments and other necessary services will be priced fairly in each specific case.
CHILDREN & GUESTS
I love children; yours & mine; however, please be advised that due to liability reasons and the intimate studio environment, I ask that child care is provided away from the salon. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child's safety in mind. Also, if you are bringing someone with you who is not receiving services, they may need to wait in our waiting area.
